This series of prints is inspired by medieval illuminated manuscripts, particularly Books of Hours, which outline a prayer for every hour of the day. Featured in each print is a character from my ever-developing story “High Lonesome,” along with original prose. Each one is a glimpse into a strange world where the veil is at its thinnest - between the living and the dead, between all the Gods of the mountain and its people. What is hidden in this ancient mountain? Where did Orren go on the night the Manor burned to the ground? What will Lonna discover when she ventures into the Deepwood? What if all the ghost stories are true?
